- Purchase a participating Lumix Digital Camera listed in paragraph 12 (“Participating Products”) from an authorised Panasonic participating retailer during the promotional period (see paragraph 5);
- collect a claim form from the retailer or download a claim form from www.lumix.com.au/bonusframe, complete and mail it with the original purchase receipt or invoice indicating Lumix camera purchased to Lumix Bonus Offer PO Box 671, Eastern Suburbs Mail Centre, NSW 2004 Australia.
- Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
- All claims must be received by last mail Friday 16 January 2009.
- Instructions on how to claim the gift form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion involving Panasonic products.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
- Any incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible submission of a redemption claim will be deemed invalid. - All claimants who submit a valid gift redemption in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will each receive a digital photo frame valued at $119 RRP each. The value of the gift is a guide only and was correct at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any discrepancy in gift value.
- The gift will be sent to verified claimants normally within 28 days after the date of receipt by the Promoter of the claimant’s documents. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delays in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of the gift.
- The digital photo frame comes with a 12 month replacement warranty. If a consumer receives a faulty frame they should ring the service centre on 1800-788-332 (Monday 8.30am – Friday 5pm). The service centre will qualify the date and supply an RA number and ask for the faulty unit back for exchange. The service centre will then send a (new) replacement unit back to the customer at no expense to the customer.
- If the gift is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the gift with another gift of equal value.
- The gift is not transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
- Commercial or business transactions involving the purchase of the Participating Products, layby’s and rental transactions are excluded from this offer.
